Terms and Conditions

1. 1. This competition is being run by Flower Power Pty Ltd (ABN: 13000 557 460), 40 Grady Crescent, Erskine Park, New South Wales, 2759 (‘Promoter’).
2. 2. By entering this competition, entrants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
3. 3. The competition commences at 12:01am AEST on 19 August 2021 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 5 September 2021 (‘Promotional Period’).
4. 4. Entry is open to customers 18 years and over who are not an employee of the Promoter, Garden Care Franchisee or Preferred Services Member. Those that meet the criteria below will be automatically entered into the draw.
   • a. Are NSW residents; and
   • b. Purchase a Flower Power Gift Card online during the promotional period.
5. 5. Multiple entries are allowed.
6. 6. Prize - each winner will receive one Lumino Phoenix Fire Pit valued at $399.99. Total prize pool is $1999.95. The prizes are a predetermined Black colour and cannot be exchanged for alternative colours.
7. 7. Prizes are not transferable or refundable for cash. Maximum one prize per person.
8. 8. Five lucky winners will be drawn using a computer-generated random picker on Tuesday 7 September 2021.
9. 9. Winners will be advised by phone and/or email no later than Friday 10 September 2021. Winners have until Friday 8 October 2020 to claim their prize or it will be forfeited.
10. 10. The prizes must be collected from one of ten Flower Power Garden Centres as nominated by the winner.
11. 11. To claim the prize, a copy of photo ID will be required confirming date of birth & address and confirmation that the winner is not an employee of the Promoter, Garden Care Franchisee or Preferred Services Member.
